SB 15 deals with discouraging illegal aliens from driving without a license and will likely come out of the House Rules Committee today and could possibly be voted on by the entire House today.  However, there is the possibility that it will be voted on tomorrow or Thursday.  

ACTION:  Please call the Speaker of the House Office, (Glenn Richardson) 404.656-5020 and respectfully ask that he move on this bill.
 
SR 124 – This resolution opposes any U.S. involvement in the SPP (Security & Prosperity Partnership) that would open American borders with Canada and Mexico in order to create the free flow of goods, services, and people.  This resolution will see a vote on the Senate floor today.

ACTION:  Please call the Lt. Governor's office (Casey Cagle) 404 656-5030 and respectfully ask that he support passage of this resolution.

Also, S. B. 148 the Save the Cure (ethical and moral stem cell research) bill will be heard in the Science and Technology Committee today at 4pm.  Please pray that this bill will pass out of committee and to the House for a vote – and then for passage in the House.

The session is coming to a close this Friday.  It is imperative that this bill – and those mentioned above are acted on quickly.
